iPlay(X/XBox) End User License Agreement and Privacy Policy

Please read and understand the iPlay End User License Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "this Agreement" or "the Agreement") and Privacy Policy carefully. Before proceeding, you need to decide whether to agree to this Agreement and Privacy Policy. Unless you understand and accept this Agreement and Privacy Policy, you must not install or use this software on any of your devices.

By agreeing to this Agreement and Privacy Policy, you indicate that you agree to be bound by all the terms of this Agreement and Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to this Agreement and Privacy Policy, you should immediately stop using and uninstall this software.

You May

• Install, use, and run one copy of this software on a personal device. This software is for personal device use only and must not be used on devices owned by legal entities or other organizations (including but not limited to government agencies, companies, enterprises, and other organizations, whether or not they are economic entities, and whether or not their use constitutes a commercial purpose). If a personal device is permanently fixed for the service of a legal entity or other organization, it will be considered a "device owned by a legal entity or other organization." Any use beyond the above authorization scope is considered illegal copying and piracy, and the software author reserves the right to hold the relevant responsible persons accountable, including but not limited to civil, administrative, and criminal liabilities.
• Make backup copies to prevent damage to the original copy. These backup copies must not be provided to others in any way, and you are obliged to destroy the backup copies when you lose ownership of the legal copy.
• Make necessary modifications to use this software in an actual device environment or to improve its functions and performance. However, unless otherwise agreed in this Agreement, you must not provide the modified software to third parties in any form without the written consent of the software author.
• Perform reverse engineering, decompilation, disassembly, or other actions to obtain the source code and operating logic of this software for learning purposes. (Obviously, obtaining the full source code of this software on GitHub is a wiser choice.)

You Guarantee

• Not to sell, rent, or otherwise distribute this software for profit.
• Not to use this software for any commercial purposes, including but not limited to using this software to send advertisements or sell, resell, distribute, or rent this software.
• To include all copyright notices and licenses on all copies of this software.

Reservation of Rights

• All rights not expressly granted are reserved by the software author.
• The final interpretation right belongs to the software author.

Copyright of This Software

• You must not remove any copyright notices from this software and must mark its copyright ownership according to the existing expression method on all copies.
• The copyright of this software (including but not limited to any code, images, animations, videos, music, text, and additional programs contained in this software), accompanying printed materials, promotional materials, and any copies are owned by the software author.
• You must not remove the copyright statement from this software and must ensure that the copyright statement is copied for all copies (in whole or in part) of this software.

Disclaimer

• Users are deemed to have carefully read and fully agreed to this Agreement when downloading or using this software. Any activation of this software or use of this software in any way (including but not limited to directly or indirectly) is considered voluntary acceptance of the relevant statements and user license constraints.
• This software is only for testing or entertainment purposes and must not be used for illegal purposes; the software author is not responsible for any consequences of users using this software for other purposes.
• If users infringe on third-party intellectual property rights or other rights during the use of this software, the responsibility is borne by the user, and the software author does not assume any responsibility.

• iPlay (iOS version) is available on the App Store. The App Store may collect metrics such as monthly active users, crash data, and user information. For details on what information is collected, please refer to: App Store & Privacy.

• iPlay X (Android version) is available on the Amazon Store. The Amazon Store may collect metrics such as monthly active users, crash data, and user information. For details on what information is collected, please refer to: Amazon Privacy Notice.

• GitHub is used as the release platform for the Android version of this application. Users manually installing the downloaded installation package do not involve any data collection.

How Does This Application Use Your Information?

• To provide you with services. When we provide services, we use your information for authentication, customer service, security, fraud detection, archiving, and backup purposes to ensure the security of the products and services we provide to you.
• To help us design new services and improve our existing services.
